Welcome to LearnLens Studio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including all content, features, and services offered on or through https://studio.learnerslens.ai (the "Platform").

By accessing or using LearnLens Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

LearnLens Studio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create on the Platform (notes, progress data, etc.). By using LearnLens Studio, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content solely to provide and improve our services.

Third-Party Content

YouTube videos and other third-party content accessed through our Platform remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content. You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service when viewing videos through our Platform.

Service Availability

LearnLens Studio is currently in beta and provided on an "as-is" basis. We strive to maintain high availability but make no guarantees regarding:

• Uninterrupted access to the Platform
• Error-free operation
• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Availability of specific features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice.

Payment Terms

LearnLens Studio is currently free during beta. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. Any such changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to accept or decline.

If paid features are introduced, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will meet your specific requirements
• The Platform will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free
• The content will be accurate, complete, or current
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEARNLENS STUDIO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LearnLens Studio and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
